Breast Augmentation
At Aleris we perform breast augmentation with silicone implants and with fat transfer. Breast augmentation with silicone is the most common procedure, and our doctors have long experience with performing this treatment. At some of our clinics we can perform a 3D consultation, so that you can get a picture of what you would look like with different types of implants. This can help you find the perfect size and shape of breast implants for you. Another common way of finding your perfect size is trying different implants in a bra and with a t-shirt, so that you can see what your new breasts would look and feel like.

If you don't want to have implants we can perform a breast augmentation by fat grafting. This procedure means that we transfer fat from other parts of your body to your breasts. In order to be a good candidate for this procedure, you need to have some excess fat somewhere on your body, for example on your hips, thighs or stomack. Fat grafting is a good method if you don't want a very big augmentation and if you are looking for a completely natural look and feel to your breasts.
If you have loose skin and little volume in your breasts we can perform both a breast lift and an augmentation in the same operation.
Breast Lift
A breast lift surgery is performed to obtain a higher position and a fuller curve of the breasts. Many women experience that their breasts have lost their original shape after pregnancies and breast feeding. A breast lift can give your breasts a more flattering shape. Breast augmentation can be performed at the same time as a breast lift for fuller volume of the breasts.
Breast Reduction
Some women have very large breasts from nature and this can cause problems like back and neck pains, skin irritation and bad odor. It can be troublesome to find clothes that fit and some women are even prevented from exercising properly because of the weight from the breasts. If this is recognizable for you, breast reduction surgery can be a good solution.
Breast Reconstruction
We perform reconstructive breast surgery after cancer or masthectomy. Breast reconstruction can be performed either with implants or with your own body tissue. During your consultation with one of our plastic surgeons we will discuss which method that will give you the best result.
